Student Creators for KIND Bars

The Opportunity

Get paid to spread kindness, creativity, and joy on your campus for World Kindness Day! Newbridge Marketing is hiring Student Creators to lead with kindness and bring the brand mission to life across college campuses nationwide. You’ll host surprise & delight activations, create engaging social content, and spark real connections that inspire everyday kindness.

Job Type: Part-Time
  • $1,600 (before taxes)
  • Please Note: This is a W2 employee position through Newbridge Marketing. All participants must complete onboarding paperwork and payroll setup prior to the event.

Role Overview


We’re looking for outgoing, creative, and community-minded students to represent a leading healthy snack brand on campus from early November through mid-December. You’ll create authentic, shareable content and deliver snack bars to your peers — brightening days while building genuine campus engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Host interactive student-led samplings and surprise & delight moments on campus
  • Engage with students, hand out 500 snack bars, and spread kindness across campus (dorms, fitness centers, Greek houses, student hubs, etc.)
  • Represent the mission through authentic and positive interactions while collaborating with Newbridge on creative content ideas and campaign storytelling
  • Capture & post three pieces of social media content (Instagram Reels or TikToks) aligned with key campaign moments and share the energy of World Kindness Day
Deliverables & Compensation
  • Pre-Promotion Unboxing Post (Nov 10) – $400
Show your followers your branded Creator kit and get them excited for what’s ahead!
  • World Kindness Day Vlog/Content (Nov 13) – $400
Create fun, authentic content while passing out snack bars and celebrating kindness on campus.
  • Kindness Day Recap Video (Date TBD) – $400
Share the highlights of your campaign and how your campus embraced the movement.
  • Sampling/Distribution of 500 snack bars – $400
Qualifications
  • 2,000–45,000+ followers on Instagram or TikTok
  • Experience creating social media content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
  • Active and involved in campus life (clubs, Greek life, student orgs, athletics)
  • Outgoing, personable, and excited to connect with peers
  • Reliable, organized, and motivated to deliver high-quality work

Stanley Student Creator

The Opportunity

Are you a college creator who’s passionate about movement, community, and sharing your story? This August, Stanley and Dick’s House of Sport are teaming up for a nationwide back-to-school pop-up tour—and they’re looking for Gen Z student influencers to help bring the events to life. If you’re into movement, lifestyle content, and building buzz through storytelling, this paid opportunity is for you. 

Job Type: Part-Time
  • $1,200 flat rate

Sodexo Brand Ambassador

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make some extra cash while promoting campus meal plans to fellow students? We’re looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors OR students to join our on-campus street teams this Fall. Help students discover great food options on campus through interactive tabling, peer-to-peer outreach, and fun giveaways this fall!

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation:

  • Team Lead – $30/hr (includes extra paid time for setup, recaps & training)
  • Brand Ambassador – $25/hr
  • Bonus opportunities for strong performance and professionalism
  • W2 position through Newbridge Marketing
Qualifications
  • Reliable, outgoing, and confident in peer-to-peer engagement
  • Familiar with campus dining areas and student spaces
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

The Opportunity

This is your chance to bring pro football to life on your campus through interactive outreach, social sharing, and fun grassroots engagement this fall!
